Kevin Conroy Not In Arkham Origins, But Another Arkham Game?

Kevin Conroy Not In Arkham Origins, But Another Arkham Game?

Yesterday, we reported that Kevin Conroy, the much loved voice of Batman from Arkham City and Arkham Asylum, would not be voicing the caped crusader in Batman: Arkham Origins. That being said, we did think he would be in the title, though we weren’t sure what role he would play.

Well, it turns out that we, and many other outlets, were mistaken in a most interesting way. After the reports started coming in about Conroy’s role in Origins, Conroy tweeted this. “Confusion in Dallas. I am in new Arkham game coming soon, not Arkham Origins coming this fall.” The tweet was deleted shortly thereafter but not before many gaming sites managed to grab screen captures proving its existence.

So, did Kevin Conroy just accidentally unveil a new Batman game? Is this Arkham Origins successor, or perhaps a companion game that will be coming out alongside Origins? Heck, maybe this was all just a media stunt meant to get video game fans riled up for Origins’ release. Hopeflly, we’ll get some answers to these questions after this year’s E3
