The dark and grimy Killing Floor 2 , Tripwire Interactive’s “co-op, sci-fi, horror FPS,” has been available through Steam Early Access since last year. The game is finally slated for full release on PS4 and PC later this month on November 18, but PS4 players can get their first taste (ew) today during the closed beta. Gamespot is currently offering beta codes to players in both North America and Europe, so long as you’re willing to follow them on social media in return. Time is extremely limited, as the beta ends tonight, so act quickly.
The beta features three maps (Biotic Labs, Burning Paris, and Evacuation Point), 14 characters with nine classes, a survival mode, and a versus mode. If you enjoy the beta, you won’t have to wait much longer for the full version, and you’ll be getting much more for your money. Killing Floor 2 ‘s retail release adds extra content to the game, which has been undergoing balance adjustments since last year. It will feature more weapons, levels, perks, and other additions based on community feedback.
