LucasArts Bringing 10 Titles to Steam; Monkey Island Special Edition Dated

Starting on Wednesday, July 8 ^th , Valve’s Steam digital delivery service will feature 10 classic LucasArts titles including:

• Armed and Dangerous
• The Dig
• Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
• Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade: The Graphic Adventure
• LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures
• Loom
• Star Wars Battlefront II
• Star Wars Republic Commando
• Star Wars Starfighter
• Thrillville: Off the Rails

Darrell Rodriguez, president of LucasArts, made an interesting statement concerning the re-launching of the titles, which seems to foreshadow the continued release of other classic LucasArts titles. “This effort is going to make it possible to introduce a whole new generation of gamers to LucasArts’ classic games.”

Moreover, the re-release of Monkey Island via the Special Edition version will hit XBLA and PC on July 15 ^th .
