Starting today, March 10th, fans of Mass Effect can download the “Bring Down the Sky” content pack from Xbox LIVE. “Bring Down the Sky” is the first installment in a series of DLC and is now available for purchase. “Bring Down the Sky” includes a new world and a new race, the Batarians, for Commander Sheppard and his crew to take on. According to Microsoft, a “Batarian extremist group has hijacked a mobile asteroid station in the Asgard system, setting it on a collision course with the nearby colony world of Terra Nova. Only Commander Shepard can save the millions of innocent civilians before the asteroid completes its deadly descent.” The download will cost only 400 MS points and give fans a full 90+ minutes of play. In addition to the extra game time, you’ll also be able to pick up an extra 50 achievement points.
