Successfully complete one of the following tasks to get a trophy:
- MIB Veteran (Platinum): Unlock all trophies in game.
- Ugly on the Inside (Bronze): Defeat Adorian Elite Guard in Story Mode.
- Dodge and Weave (Bronze): Dodge the mines placed by Nethera in Story Mode.
- Road Hog (Bronze): Defeat 40 bikers in Story Mode.
- Own the Road (Bronze): Defeat 70 bikers in Story Mode.
- Group Off (Bronze): Destroy 3 enemy platforms in Story Mode.
- Brute Force (Bronze): Achieve a 25x multiplier in a Story Mode.
- Smile for the Camera! (Bronze): Neuralize 7 humans in Story Mode.
- Kicking and Screaming (Bronze): Escape Serleena’s drag attack.
- High Score (Bronze): Successfully finish the Virtual Reality training program in Story Mode.
- Party Crasher (Bronze): Crash Chauncey’s party in Story Mode.
- This Won’t Take Long (Bronze): Defeat Nakkadan Elite Guard in Story Mode.
- Hide’n’Seek (Bronze): Scan 2 hidden aliens in Story Mode.
- The Spice of Life (Bronze): Defeat enemies using 10 different combos.
- Flying Car? Where? (Bronze): Don’t be detected while flying the car.
- Enjoy the Ride (Bronze): Start playing in Story Mode.
- Superior Fighter (Bronze): Achieve at least 150,000 points in one V.R. Mission.
- Superstar (Bronze): Achieve at least 200,000 points in one V.R. Mission.
- Conqueror (Bronze): Achieve at least 300,000 points in one V.R. Mission.
- Duelist (Bronze): Complete all the Competitive maps in V.R. Missions.
- 50 Enemies – Std. Issue 1995 (Bronze): Defeat 50 enemies with the Std. Issue 1995.
- 60 Enemies – Noisy Cricket (Bronze): Defeat 60 enemies with the Noisy Cricket.
- 250 Enemies – Tribarrel (Bronze): Defeat 250 enemies with the Tribarrel.
- 350 Enemies – Tribarrel (Silver): Defeat 350 enemies with the Tribarrel.
- 100 Enemies – Adorian Crossbow (Bronze): Defeat 100 enemies with the Adorian Crossbow.
- 200 Enemies – The BANGer (Bronze): Defeat 200 enemies with the BANGer.
- Shattered Expectations (Bronze): Freeze 30 enemies with the Icer.
- What Goes Up… (Silver): Use the Anti-Gravity grenade on 30 enemies.
- Juggernaut (Bronze): Use the Refracto Shield to reflect 100 enemy projectiles.
- Demolition Expert (Silver): Defeat 20 enemies with the Rocket Launcher while flying the car.
- Keep it Slow (Silver): Defeat 30 enemies while they’re under the effect of Cerebro Accelerator.
- Pest Control (Silver): Defeat 700 enemies.
- Assert Fail (Silver): Defeat Khnemu in Story Mode.
- Junior Agent (Silver): Complete Story Mode as an Agent.
- The Gatherer (Gold): Gather 50 upgrade points.
- HOT Streak (Gold): Defeat 900 enemies.
- High Standards (Gold): Defeat Nethera and save Catyana.
- Senior Agent (Gold): Complete Story Mode as an Elite Agent.
- Save the Universe (Gold): Complete all the missions in Story Mode.
