Meta Gear Solid is entering the realm of board games. Yes, Hideo Kojima’s popular series is crossing over with Risk: Metal Gear Solid Limited Edition. Though the game can be played like traditional Risk, there are also variations that add in elements of the Metal Gear franchise, such as black market weapons, mercenaries, submersible battleships, and of course Metal Gear. The game pieces will represent private military companies while the art on the box, instructions, and cards will be done by Yoji Shinkawa, the art director for the Metal Gear franchise.
