Save all sixteen Ugly Secret Babies. Note: You must complete the incident after saving the baby. If done correctly, a baby icon will appear next to the incident at the stage selection screen. After saving all sixteen babies, a message will appear to confirm the Gym Clothes Patty costume has been unlocked.
