NBA 2K16 Cheats & Cheat Codes for Xbox, PlayStation, and PC

NBA 2K16 is the 2015 version of the leading basketball simulation game developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K. It serves as the 17th installment in the successful NBA 2K series. The game, like its predecessors, brings a realistic National Basketball Association (NBA) experience to various platforms, most notably consoles and the PC.

NBA 2K16 Premise

In NBA 2K16, players are allowed to participate in games with real or self-created players and teams across various modes like MyCareer, MyTeam, and standard games. The game lets players navigate through NBA regular season games, playoff games, Summer League games, and more. Alongside the NBA, the game also includes EuroLeague teams. While playing the game of basketball is its main attraction, players can also use customization options to shape their players’ appearances, attributes, and skill sets.

The award-winning director, Spike Lee, was hired to give MyCareer a new direction. The mode takes a story-focused approach to more realistically portray the lives of professional basketball players. The developers introduced several improvements and additions, such as full-body scanning and aesthetic upgrades. The game also brought back Locker Codes, which allowed the developer to gift players with content. During the game’s reign, the company released locker codes to unlock some of the aforementioned NBA greats.

These include prominent athletes like the ones on the covers of the game, Anthony Davis, Stephen Curry, and James Harden, and the all-time great Michael Jordan, who appears on the Special Edition cover. The game features hundreds of playable characters in dozens of teams.

Cheats and Cheat Codes in NBA 2K16

Unfortunately for those that want to fast-forward the progress in NBA 2K16, the developer didn’t implement a traditional cheat code system. So, this means there are no god-mode-like codes that players can insert into the game to achieve superpowers or unlock all the game’s content. However, there is a locker code system that allows some unlockable rewards. Furthermore, we can reveal all the trophies, including the ones that are normally hidden.
