The ongoing Netflix to PS3 and Wii saga gained a bit more steam today due to a Reuters’ interview with Netflix CEO Reed Hastings. When asked whether or not the streaming video service would ever make its way to Sony and Nintendo’s consoles, he had this to say: “Eventually we [Netflix] want to be on all the game consoles, all the Blu-ray players, all the Internet TVs. So we are working in parallel with all of those efforts. Currently our Xbox deal is exclusive and we haven’t characterized it more than that.” It looks like Netflix will make the leap onto every device you can imagine in the future, for now it seems like it remains comfortably exclusive on Xbox 360.
