New Vegas DLC Delayed

New Vegas DLC Delayed

None

In May, Bethesda announced that we would be seeing three DLC packs for Fallout: New Vegas. We have already seen Honest Hearts and Old World Blues. The final DLC, Lonesome Road, was planned for a late July launch.

Well, not anymore. Senior Producer Jason Bergman went on the Fallout: New Vegas forums today to explain an unfortunate delay in development. “We just wanted to drop in here and let you know that due to circumstances beyond our control, Lonesome Road won’t be out this month. We don’t have an exact date yet, but we’re working to get it out as quickly as possible. We’ll be announcing the final date, along with a couple of other interesting FNV-related items in the near future.”

Unfortunately, a new launch window for Lonesome Road hasn’t been yet been specified, and Bethesda hasn’t responded to questions about the pack’s new release date. So it looks like, at the very least, we will be waiting for some time. Still, to make it up for us they offered a first look screenshot at the DLC pack. Then again, the screenshot is really only a pile of rubble, so it’s basically indistinguishable from anything else in the Fallout universe.
