A celebrity lending his or her voice talent to a video game isn’t a new concept, however, it is becoming more prevalent. In the case of Fallout: New Vegas, there will be a ton of characters and spoken dialogue, leaving the door open for many celebrities to lend their voices.  According to the press release, we can expect to hear many familiar voices when the game is released. Some of the highlights include Ron Pearlman as the narrator, Matthew Perry as a gangster, Wayne Newton as a radio DJ, Danny Trejo as Raul the Ghoul, and Michael Dorn as a super mutant. Bethesda marketing VP Pete Hines states “The Fallout franchise has taken narratives in interactive entertainment to the next level, and we could not be more excited about the all-new celebrity lineup for Fallout: New Vegas.” |
