No Batman: Arkham Knight PC Fixes Perhaps Until September

PC users disillusioned with Batman: Arkham Knight considering it, well, doesn’t run, are going to have to wait quite a while for a fix to come through. It won’t be made right until at least September.

How do we know this? Well according to Kotaku Australia, an internal EB Games e-mail has shed light on the situation. EB Games was instructed to stop selling PC copies of the game until a fix could be ready, and now they are being instructed to ship all the PC copies they still have back to the retailer, just to prevent any further sales.

“We have stopped sales of Batman: Arkham Knight PC while Warner and Rocksteady work on addressing performance issues with the game. The latest information from Warner is that the updates won’t be available until Spring. Due to this we have made the difficult decision to recall all PC stock from stores to return to the vendor until an acceptable solution is released.”

Note, they mention that a Batman: Arkham Knight fix will be unavailable until Spring, which in Australia starts about September. Of course, Spring is a rather vague timeline and it could take even longer than that. We will just have to keep you posted. Until then, there is always the console version!
