OnLive Gets Vocal

None

Though OnLive was essentially treated like a joke when it was announced as a home console solution back in 2009, it has been making itself a more attractive option for those interested in online gaming in recent weeks.

In addition to beefing up its library, OnLive now supports voice chat. The game’s chatting system works similar to the voice chat on Xbox Live, and allows players to chat on two channels: in-game and “Arena” chat (for when you’re waiting to get into a match). Both the console and PC versions of OnLive support chatting with USB headsets, and the micro-console also supports Bluetooth headsets.
