OK, so we already know that Phoenix Wright is coming to UMVC3 eventually; Capcom owned up to the leaked character roster a while back. The real question here: how will he play? The answer to that question is looking to be “awesome.” Recently Seth Killian posted an image of combo damage readout on Twitter. The readout showed forty hits and 1,206,800 damage. That’s just about enough to kill Thor, who, until Nemesis came around, had the most health of any character in the game. 
According to Ryota Niitsuma, the game’s producer, Phoenix “fights without fighting”. He just goes about his lawyerly business, looking for clues, showing evidence, and shouting ‘Objection!” He was likened to Hakushon Daimao from Tatsunoko vs. Capcom’s original Japanese release.
