Our friendly French neighbors over at Gameblog were right after all! According to a recent report, their sources were suggesting that Sony would unveil their upgraded PS4, codenamed Neo, on September 7. This was to occur during an event in New York, and not at the Tokyo Game Show as many expected. This has been spread as a rumor up to this point, but I think it’s safe to say that we can rely on their sources as reputable.
Sony has sent out invitations to the media for an event scheduled for – you guessed it – September 7. The event, which is titled “PlayStation Meeting,” will take place at the PlayStation Theater in New York at 3PM EST. According to the invitation, the event will be held to discuss “details about the PlayStation business.” The whole thing will be livestreamed, so don’t forget to check back to CheatCC afterward for all of the juicy details!
