Pokken Tournament Patch Fixes Shadow Mewtwo Exploit

Pokken Tournament Patch Fixes Shadow Mewtwo Exploit

When Pokken Tournament launched, Shadow Mewtwo was the unintentional best of the best. An exploit made it possible for him to launch on an infinite blockstring that would trap an opponent in a block and allow Shadow Mewtwo a relatively easy win. I hope you enjoyed it while it lasted, because it’s being patched out.

Sometime this month, Pokken Tournament will be updated to version 1.2. Once applied, the Shadow Mewtwo infinite combo will be gone. The Reshiram support will also be rebalanced, because it’s too powerful as-is. There’ll be other fixes too, but those two major issues will be the biggest fixes.

While it’ll be sad to see Shadow Mewtwo nerfed a bit, I’m sure we’ll find other neat exploits to take advantage of in Pokken Tournament.
