Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Create a new game and save it without any changes. Use a text editor to edit the “*.fds” file in the “prison tycoondatamaps” folder. Find the line:

<STATISTICS>
100000,…………………………………
</STATISTICS>

Replace it with:

<STATISTICS>
900000000,…………….
</STATISTICS>

Save, then load that game to have $900,000,000.
