While the Japanese PlayStation Store has had access to some games from the consoles of yesteryear, the U.S. has been mostly left out in the cold. Apparently, this is all about to change according to an observation relayed to Kotaku by one of their readers. When the reader in question turned on his PSP go after a recent update, he found a few new empty folders alongside his PlayStation games. These folders read PCEngine (or TurboGrafx 16) and NEOGEO. No official word has yet been given as to what games will be made available, their price, or when they will come, although the idea of having a ton of these console’s classic hits on a PSP definitely sounds appealing.  |
