Easy 300 Green Herbs

Make sure you have no Green Herbs in your inventory. Find a Green Herb, then pick it up and use it at the same time (press A + Y on the default control scheme). If timed correctly, the game will try to subtract one Green Herb from a total of zero. This will cause the inventory counter to cyclically roll backwards to its maximum amount, resulting in 300 Green Herbs available for use. Note: This will not work online.

EX missions

Successfully complete Mission 5-5 with a “B” rank or higher to unlock the EX missions after the credits end.

Bonus characters

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding character:

Barry: Successfully complete Mission 4-5 with a “B” rank or higher.
Claire: Successfully complete Mission 1-3 with a “B” rank or higher.

Signature weapons

To make a character’s signature weapons available for all other characters, get an “S” rank using that character on all missions up to Mission 5-5. Alternately, you can spend 10 Nintendo 3DS Play Coins to unlock a character’s weapons.

Weapon loadouts

Get an “A” or better rank on all missions up to Mission 5-5. You will unlock that character’s weapon loadout for use by any other character.
