Who is the lead voice actor of Grand Theft Auto V? Some crack internet detectives with some absurd Google-Fu skills believe they have managed to find out. First of all, the GTA V IMDB page lists Ned Luke as voicing one Albert De Silva. After comparing the GTA V trailer with Luke’s demo reel, they feel that the voice matches up. Then, of course, there is a whole bunch of secondary evidence as well. Actor Jimmy Taenaka posted these two tweets recently: “my fellow thespian Ned Luke is the lead voice and profile in the upcoming game by Rockstar Grand Theft Auto 5! Way to go Ned! Wholly Molly!” And: “Grand Theft Auto V trailer with Ned Luke our homey as the LEAD!” Though he later took this back by saying: “@RockstarGames #GTAV looks awesome! it’s not official but I know that voice and look #NedLuke He is bigger &badder than Statham… lookout.” And: “GTA 5 playaz across the globe! I just recognized the voice & profile -that’s all I can say respectfully. I am looking forward to GTA 5 :-)”
