Red Dead Redemption may be the best blockbuster Western-themed video game to come out this generation. Heck, ignoring Call of Juarez, it’s pretty much the only blockbuster Western-themed video game to come out this generation. It was originally released a little more than a year ago to critical acclaim, several calling it 2010’s Game of the Year. Well, the Game of the Year title might finally get stamped on the Red Dead Redemption box. According to Gamerzines and Eurogamer, Red Dead Redemption – Game of the Year Edition will be coming out as soon as September. A British Board of Film Classification listed the game as coming out on September 16th, though the classification has since been pulled. Supposedly the Game of the Year edition would also include Undead Nightmare, the single-player zombie campaign that launched in October 2010.
