Personally, I have no idea how people manage to play racing games with a keyboard and mouse, but if you are looking to pick up a brand new kart racer, then Steam and Sega have a deal for you. Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing Transformed will be released on PC platforms on January 31 st , 2013 for the low price of thirty dollars. However, if you pre-order the game through Steam, you will get a ten percent discount. Granted this only amounts to three dollars off but hey, a penny saved is a penny that eventually goes to buying other ludicrously cheap games on Steam.
Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing Transformed is a really odd game starring Sega mascots, real life racers, and characters from Wreck-It-Ralph. Regardless of the strange mashup of playable characters, it’s still a very fun kart racing game that might be fun for anyone who needs something to hold them over until the a new Mario Kart title drops.
