Although Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions was released on consoles several months ago, the PC version needed a few more coats of polish before going to market. However, it looks like this version is finally going to be released over the Thanksgiving weekend. However, in an interesting twist, the game will only be available for its first week of release at Wal-Mart, with a full retail release happening the first month of December. This is the first we’ve heard of any game getting Wal-Mart exclusivity (even for a brief period of time), and one has to wonder if this is a test of sorts to see if people will turn out at a specific retailer to get access to a game early.  |
