Max Payne 3 Painful Memories Set To Launch Next Week

Max Payne 3 Painful Memories Set To Launch Next Week

After several unfortunate and unexplained delays, the Max Payne 3: Painful Memories DLC Pack is finally set to release on December 4 th , several months after its planned October release window. The pack will retail for 800 Microsoft Points (ten dollars for those of us using real money) and will feature four maps including: The Roscoe Street Subway from Max Payne 2, Marty’s Bar in Hoboken, a yacht level called Shoot First, and a new Gang Wars map called Canal de Panama.

This new pack also introduces the IMG 5.56 and UAR-21 assault rifles and includes several of new avatars and items. It also introduces the Hangover Burst, which can make enemies spawn with, well, hangovers.

Other Max Payne 3 DLC packs are still up in the air with no confirmed prices or release dates to speak of. However, it’s likely that any comparable DLC pack will retail at $10 dollars, as that seems to be the trend. With Max Payne 3 slowly losing its online player base to more recently released games, it wouldn’t surprise me if Rockstar Games decided to release any further DLC packs sooner than later.
