However, you could also join an away team to explore an alien planet and solve problems there. There are also optional combat sequences, wherein you must engage in battle with hostile ships using the Enterprise’s famous array of phaser weaponry. While you’re out of the ship, the game uses a point-and-click interface to allow Kirk to interact with his surroundings.
