Ubisoft has unveiled Thunder Wolves, a new arcade helicopter shooter from developer Most Wanted.
Launching in early 2013 for Xbox LIVE Arcade, PlayStation Network, and PC, Thunder Wolves will task players with a variety of missions as part of “an experienced helicopter group that has survived a flurry of bullets and caused more destruction than the Seventh United State Army.”
It’ll feature over 30 combinations of helicopters and weaponry, and will contain co-op play as well.
Judging by the game’s newly-released trailer, it all looks to be goofy, explosion-inducing fun, with a focus on making lots of things go boom. Also, I’m pretty sure Thunder Wolves would’ve been an excellent ‘80s hair metal band name, so it has that going for it too.
