According to Aaron Cooley of TGR, a previously unannounced Wii Controller Bundle pack is available at Target. The bundle includes a Wii Remote, Nunchuk, and Wii Wheel for $74.99. Sound like a great deal? Actually, it’s not. If you bought each item separately you’d actually save 2¢ (Wii Remote $39.99 + Nunchuk $19.99 + Wii Wheel $14.99 = $74.97). The folks at TGR proffered a theory as to why Nintendo would launch such a farcical bundle without prior notice. Perhaps the Big N is actually curtailing standalone products at Target stores to coax unwary holiday consumers into purchasing all three controllers.
