Vita Owners Get A New RPG

Vita Owners Get A New RPG

Save for a few niche titles like Black Rock Shooter: The Game , the Vita is a bit starved for RPGs. Luckily, the folks over at MonkeyPaw Games and Gaijinworks took it upon themselves to put Class of Heroes 2 , a first-person dungeon-crawler, up on PSN for play on PSP and, most likely, Vita. As of the next PSN update, the game will be available for $24.99.

JRPG and RPG franchises are a key selling point for most handhelds (just look at Fire Emblem: Awakening or Etrian Odyssey IV on the 3DS, or the Shin Megami Tensei and Disgaea releases on PSP), so it’s good to see the Vita picking up the pace in the department. Class of Heroes 2 is set to include over 125 dungeons and a total of 96 quests without factoring in potential expansions, so you’re sure to be crawling through dungeons for quite a while on this one.
