Kao the Kangaroo is a quirky platform game released on May 27, 2022, for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S/X. It was developed and published by the Polish company Tate Multimedia. This game is the fourth installment in the franchise and a reboot of the series that left us hanging in 2005. While it shares the exact name with the original game, it is not a remaster but a continuation.

Kao the Kangaroo Premise
This game is a vivid third-person action-adventure platformer. It is set in a vibrant world full of anthropomorphic animals, including the titular character Kao. Kao is a kangaroo fighter who fights with his large boxing gloves as he goes on two personal quests — one to save his sister Kaia, the other to find his long-lost father, Koby. He must defeat the fighting masters who are under an evil influence and ultimately face the Eternal Warrior.

The Golden Skin
