Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus Cheats & Cheat Codes for PlayStation and Windows

Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus Cheats & Cheat Codes for PlayStation and Windows

In 1998 Oddworld developer, Oddworld Inhabitants released the sequel to Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee. Technically this title is considered a spin-off but Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus continues the story of the titular character Abe. A GameBoy color version titled Oddworld Adventures 2 was released in 2000 before the game was re-released on the PlayStation Network in 2009. That would make this game a spin-off of a spin-off and I thought Kingdom Hearts was confusing. Abe’s Exoddus was released to critical acclaim being praised for its quick-save feature. Fans enjoy that this is a better iteration of the original title in the series. The game currently sits at 88 on Metacritic.

The Premise Of Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus

The Oddworld series has similar gameplay across all of its iterations. The game is split into screens; when the player moves to the edge of the screen, the environment is replaced, just like in the previous title. Most screens involve puzzle-solving using Abe’s abilities. These abilities consist of possession, controlling mine cars, and the activation or deactivation of levers. The game has no user interface as information is told to the player through the gameplay itself.

The Main Characters Of Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus

  • Abe – The most iconic mascot of the Oddworld franchise. Abe comes from the native race called the Mudokons and has lived his whole life as a slave worker for RuptureFarms.
  • Molluck – Head of RuptureFarms, member of The Magog Cartel, and Abe’s boss. Molluck The Glukkon’s only desire is to make more and more wealth.

Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus Glitches

Repeat Slig Barracks, Bonewerkz or FeeCo Executive Office, and Infinite Mudokons

  1. Complete either Slig Barracks, Bonewerkz, or FeeCo Executive Office as normal.
  2. Once you get to the Security Fone with the Glukkon at the end of the stage, activate it by saying “Hey.” and “Do it!”.
  3. Immediately after you say “Do it!” hold down any combination of shoulder buttons to stop possessing and causing your Glukkon to explode.
  4. If done correctly, you will skip the cutscene that normally triggers with the Security Fone, and when you return to Abe you will be able to exit the stage as normal.
  5. Once you get back to the main terminal of FeeCo Depot, you will notice that the Brewery Gate for the level you just beat is still active, and the doorway leading to the level is still open.
  6. Though you have to redo the stage, any Mudokons in the stage can be saved (or killed) again, and they will add to your total saves/kills again.

Save more than 300 Mudokons glitch

  1. With the Invincibility cheat enabled, in the secret area that is just outside the door of Soulstorm Brewery in FeeCo Depot, Abe can pass through the electric barriers and access a secret area to save 3 Mudokons.
  2. When Abe returns to FeeCo Depot after completing the Slig Barracks, Bonewerkz, or the FeeCo Executive Offices and goes back to the secret area, the Mudokons are there again for Abe to save.
  3. Each time Abe saves them, he adds another 3 saved Mudokons to the total.
