A burnt out settlement turned bandit camp, in Sap-Meh Nome. Scanning reveals the local treasure not in the town proper, but the nearby cave.
Kill or sneak your way to the cave. Neither is difficult- there are very few actual bandits about.
Loot the small red chest to complete the area.
