Gone Fishin' (Side Mission)
Talk to Skylar Kohrs after completing the Tools of the Trade side mission to start this one.
You'll need to catch a Bass, a Sturgeon, and a Salmon to get started, but she'll mark the appreciate locations on your map. You may want to save the salmon for doing Cheeseburger's recruitment mission, as that will require a salmon-catch as well.
