Cora Harper: The Foundation
Check your email after completing Hunting the Archon for a message from Cora, asking you to chat aboard the Tempest. Track her down, and she'll ask for help completing a project on Eos (where does the crew keep finding all this extra time?).
Make sure she's on your party, then travel to her navpoint in the Golden Wastes.
Cue a cutscene which you can use to cement a romantic relationship, if you've been pursing one with Cora, otherwise it's just another nice little interlude.
