2K to Paint WWE 2K17 Roster at E3

2K to Paint WWE 2K17 Roster at E3

Here’s a super clever way to reveal characters for a game. Instead of just making an announcement at E3 2016 for WWE 2K17, 2K Games is going to build up some suspense. It’s going to have Rob Schamberger, a WWE portrait artist, there June 14-16 painting the game’s roster live.

Don’t worry if you can’t be there to see Schamberger paint in person. 2K Games will be sharing each portrait on social media after its completed. Plus, you can see what his work looks like ahead of time. It can be found at the WWE Auction and WWE Shop or in episodes of Canvas 2 Canvas. Personally, I love his New Day print .

This is a fantastic idea. It reminds me of the year Epic Mickey 2 was at the show. Disney had an artist doing portraits of Oswald in different styles each day. It was amazing.
