4 New Animal Crossing amiibo Announced

4 New Animal Crossing amiibo Announced

The amiibo train keeps on running. The NFC figures keep rolling out, with Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival getting new figures to fill out the line. While the Wii U game will be compatible with the Animal Crossing amiibo cards released for Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer , the company is making sure major NPCs get their own NFCs. In this case, four major players have just been announced in Japan.

The next four Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival figures are ones you’ll usually see around town. Blathers, the owl who runs the museum, and his sister Celeste each get an avatar. Also, Kicks the Skunk, who usually sells shoes, will have his own figure. People will also be pleased to know their favorite chastizing grump, Resetti, will be representated.

People in Japan or those who import can get these four amiibo on December 17, about a month after the game’s November 21 Japanese release. The game will come to the US in December, and hopefully these four figures will be around at launch.
