If you thought the saga of Antoine Dodson and the auto-tune that ruled the world (for about a week) was over, then you were wrong. In case you’ve been living under a rock, the “Bed Intruder” video on YouTube featured an outspoken man speaking through the local news to an attempted rapist. Though the subject matter doesn’t sound funny (and it’s not), the resulting auto-tuned song debuted six months ago became a hit and garnered more than 75 million hits on YouTube (and reached the top of the iTunes chart).  Flash-forward to now, and it seems the song that was on everyone’s mind (for as long as an Internet-based meme can) is coming to Rock Band. Though no date has been given, a video has surfaced on the Internet, with the creator assuring viewers that the DLC is coming soon. Which begs the question, what took them so long? You don’t have to come and confess. We’re gonna find you. |
