Gearbox Software has released Borderlands 2’s Mechromancer class a week earlier than scheduled.
PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 players can download the Mechromancer, which represents the fifth of the sequel’s classes, today.
European PlayStation Network users will have the DLC appear on the PlayStation Store tomorrow. The class itself was initially due for a release next week on October 16 th .
The Mechromancer class is free for players who pre-ordered the game, and is priced at $9.99 (£7.99)/800 Microsoft Points for everyone else.
Mechromancer offers Death Trap, a robot companion that can fight enemies alongside her. Three skill tree branches for players to choose from is also included.
