The recent fall Xbox 360 update has been causing problems for plenty of gamers. The update seems to have caused a problem where games are freezing randomly. A sixty-six page thread on Xbox.com details the complaints people have following the update.
Due to Microsoft’s refusal to cover repairs needed after the update, gamers have started filing complaints to the Better Business Bureau and the State Department of Consumer Affairs. One gamer has even filed a class action lawsuit against Microsoft. Microsoft has yet to respond.
