COD: Infinite Warfare’s Beta Isn’t Ending (Yet)

COD: Infinite Warfare’s Beta Isn’t Ending (Yet)

Do you feel like you had enough time to really savor the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare beta this past weekend? Well, enough is never enough. Which means you can celebrate the opportunity to spend even more time playing, as the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare beta will now end at 10am PT on October 18, instead of today!

There’s a reason for the extra day. In the official blog post , Activision said it noticed tons of people coming to play the beta on October 15, the day the Precinct map and Kill Confirmed mode were added to the game. So to celebrate, yesterday it added the Gun Game mode and extended the experience by an extra 24 hours, so all those people who did join up on Saturday would still have three full days to play.

I think extending the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare beta is the smartest thing Activision could have done. People are already sold on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered . They’re willing to buy this game for that. By giving fans ample time to experience the Infinite Warfare multiplayer, they’re giving positive exposure to a futuristic experience people were originally uncertain about. Good will always does a lot to change people’s minds!
