In a somewhat strange move, karaoke game Def Jam Rapstar is adding Kinect capability in a recent patch. The added functionality brings the ability for aspiring singers to upload their own videos to the Def Jam Rapstar community, where I am certain all videos are judged fairly by a mature audience. Can’t believe I got all of that out without laughing.  In other related news, the standard edition of Def Jam Rapstar is receiving a price drop. The new MSRP is right around $40 with places like Amazon and GameStop knocking the price of the bundled mic and game edition down to $50. |
