Here’s the thing about the Disney Infinity games. You’re able to create and share things. This means that there’s something of a robust online community. Now, with Disney not in the game business anymore and the series dead, that may leave you wondering what happens with the online elements and the PC version of all three Disney Infinity games.
First, let’s go with the console and Vita versions of the Disney Infinity games. Their online multiplayer and elements will be gone as of March 3, 2017. You’ll be able to play all of the offline content without any problem.
The PC versions of Disney Infinity games get a bit trickier. If you purchased the games through the Disney Interactive website, they’re all completely dead and gone after September 30, 2016. You won’t be able to play any part of them. Same with the Windows Store versions, only they have a March 3, 2017 expiration date. The Steam version has no such limitations and will be offline only as of March 3, 2017.
So, in summation, I really hope you bought one (or all three) of the Disney Infinity games either through Steam or for a console.
