Pokemon Go’ s Pokedex is expanding. Niantic has added another iconic character to the game. Unfortunately, it isn’t going to be easy to catch. Ditto’s in the game, and it’s doing what it does best. This Pokemon’s mimicking other Pokemon.
This means you have to catch everything to catch a Ditto in Pokemon Go . If you’re lucky, after catching something more ordinary, like say a Weedle, Rattata, or Pidgey, you’ll suddenly see a question mark and discover it was a Ditto in disguise. Taking a Ditto to a gym will have it mimic the Pokemon there.
I haven’t had any luck catching a Ditto for myself in Pokemon Go yet. Have you? They’re definitely there, though. Keep doing your best and catching even the most mundane Pokemon, and maybe you’ll be lucky!
