What’s better than putting a bullet through the head of your enemy? Doing it with an exclusive pre-order bonus, of course. EA recently revealed that there will be two editions of Battlefield 3 to choose from. The Standard Edition is just the base game, but those who pre-order Battlefield 3 will be receiving a copy of the Limited Edition, which includes the Back to Karkand expansion pack free of charge. Back to Karkand is a map pack that includes some of the most popular maps from Battlefield 2, and players who do not get the Limited Edition version of the game will be forced to purchase it separately. 
Those who pre-order the game from Amazon will get the SPECACT kit, which comes with eight unique multiplayer skins, and gamers who pre-order from Play.com will receive the Dog Tag Pack, which makes dog tags display on screen any time you take down an opponent. Is it just me, or does one of these seem way more powerful than the others? |
