EA Sports has been the developer for official FIFA branded soccer games for many years now, and it looks like they will continue to be for many years in the future. The gaming giant recently announced in a press release that they will be extending their licensing agreement with FIFA until December 31 st , 2022. Under the agreement, EA will continue to be the exclusive developer for all FIFA branded soccer games and will hold the rights to all FIFA appearances in videogames.
Both companies seem very happy to continue doing business with each other:
