Just before the New Year, we reported on a rumor that claimed Disney’s Epic Mickey, the paint-dripping adventure game by Warren Spector, was going to be getting a sequel. Well, now it’s more than just a rumor. DualShockers drummed up some evidence yesterday to confirm the game’s existence. An official Disney newsletter went out yesterday that confirmed the game will be released for the Wii, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 for the 2012 holiday season. ![]()
The newsletter apparently didn’t mention anything about a release for the Wii U, which is interesting considering the new console should be coming out next year. Perhaps Disney thinks that they can squeeze just a bit more life out of the most popular console of the current generation. By Angelo M. D’Argenio |
