EVO 2012 Demands Tribute

EVO 2012 Demands Tribute

None

In the past, the final day of the EVO tournament has been open to everyone. Not just the live-stream of it, but the actual floor of the event, the ballroom, has allowed in all spectators to watch the grand finals live. That’s changing this year.

For the Sunday grand finals, a badge system will be in place. The badges will guarantee attendance on the final day of the event, with only enough given out to fill the ballroom to capacity, and not a single badge more. The cost? Only $10 right now, since the early bird offer has been extended to May 15 in the wake of the announcement.

The badge also grants priority seating at all of the panels on the first two days of the event, which, for $10, isn’t bad. Also, those who’ve already purchased a Competitor’s pass are allowed entry as well, even if they don’t make it to the grand finals. That pass is a full $50, at the time of this writing.
