Fallout Shelter Comes to Computers This Week

Fallout Shelter Comes to Computers This Week

Enjoy playing free-to-play mobile games on a bigger screen? Well, sit your butt down in front of your computer on Thursday. Bethesda has a surprise for you! Fallout Shelter , the Fallout Vault management simulation, will be on computers on July 14. The announcement was made via the most official means, which is to say the company put a tweet out on Twitter on July 9 and said the update is coming in five days.

This announcement is two-fold, though! In addition to the PC port of Fallout Shelter , the 1.6 update is coming to the Android and iOS versions that day. It’s basically got an expansion’s worth of additions. There’s a new battle system, which will go well with the new enemies and areas. Also, more people will decide to move in to your vault. It gives you a reason to go back and try to earn more money for additional excursions.

Maybe it’d be a good idea to play this around the same time as Vault-Tec? That Fallout 4 DLC is out this week. Maybe it’ll help you with strategies for the game? Or vice-versa? Either way, it could get you in the mood for Vault management.
