Fallout Shelter Gets More Crafting and Customization

Fallout Shelter Gets More Crafting and Customization

Bethesda has some good news for Fallout Shelter players. The game has received a rather monumental update. Bringing the game up to 1.4 adds a bunch of new cosmetic options for your Vault Dwellers, as well as new crafting items and the ability to add new rooms and pets to the underground homes.

You can now get junk when you go out into the wasteland or open a lunchbox. Which is good, because you can turn that junk into equipment for characters. Of course, you need to build the Weapon or Armor Crafting rooms to do so. But still. There’s also a Barbershop that can be added to Vaults, letting you alter hairstyles. As for pets, you can pick up more cats, dogs, and parrots.

Fallout Shelter is immediately available for Apple iOS and Android devices. It’s one of those rare free-to-play games you can actually completely enjoy for free, so don’t be afraid to give it a try.
