Now that Final Fantasy XV is finally upon us, it’s time to see what sorts of weird deals come with it. It seems like Target will take the cake for oddness. When people pick up a copy of the game, either the standard or deluxe edition, they’ll also get something to drink. Jones Soda is making Wiz’ Energizing Elixir soda, with one bottle coming with every copy of the game.
Unfortunately, the Target ad’s print is too small to actually see what sort of soda this Wiz’ Energizing Elixir might be. Not that it matters. This is all about the collector’s value. Remember, Jones Soda also had Nuka-Cola at Target for Fallout 4’ s release. People are going to go crazy over pop with a Chocobo on it. It’s orange, so maybe it’s an orange soda?
I think Target’s Super Mario Maker 3DS game has a better launch promotion. When you get the game there, you also get 44 Super Mario magnets. Those will certainly last longer than this bottle of soda!
