Yoko Shimomura, renowned JRPG composer, is putting out a new album. Entitled Memoria: The Very Best of Yoko Shimomura , the album will feature some of Shimomura’s most well-known words from games such as Super Mario RPG, Kingdom Hearts, Legend of Mana, and more.
However, most notably the album will actually include a track from the upcoming Final Fantasy XV . The track is called Omnis Lacrima, because Square has a serious obsession with Latin these days. Supposedly we have already heard this song, however. It’s the song that played in the E3 trailer for the game last year. At least now we will be able to hear it in its entirety.
If you want to hear the album for yourself, it will launch in Japanese territories on March 26 th . You can pick it up for 3,000 yen or approximately 30 U.S. Dollars.
